Artistic expression is the expression of their personality through music, their individual connection with a work, a composer or in free improvisation. Embodied Expression starts with you, with your body as a storehouse of life experiences - with all its potentials and limitations. By linking, combining and merging established methods of musical-technical practice and mindful body-oriented self-awareness, Professor Kerstin Behnke and Dr. Andreas Hetmanek develop concrete forms of practice that have a direct impact on artistic expression. In this work, the inspiring interaction of work on artistic expression and technical-interpretational challenges can also be experienced. Fulfilled artistic expression becomes an object of daily practice - concretely formable and shapeable.
EE Workshop Basic
The basic workshop is the classic introduction to the work of Embodied Expression. The first phase of the workshop focuses on exploring one's own physicality, one's own body as a repository of individual experience. In the second phase, the direct connection to the musical-technical dimension is established. In seven modules we accompany you on the journey of discovery to your musical expressiveness.
EE Coaching
In individual coaching sessions - online or in presence - we can supervise your development individually. The facets of your personality and your artistic expression are directly related and can be experienced and further developed as an interwoven whole in individual coaching.
